Refused, undeliverable, and unauthorized returns will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Refused or undeliverable international orders will not be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Damaged Items Items which are received damaged must be reported to us within 2 business days of delivery by calling 800-979-3156. Costume Returns You may return your costume for a refund within 14 business days of receiving it. Your return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee (50% for international customers). Shipping fees are non-refundable. You may exchange your costume for another item up to 30 days after receiving it. You will be responsible for any difference in price on new orders and any shipping fees. Costumes ordered October 15th-31st are final sales. Please note that wigs, teeth, pet costumes, make-up and make-up accessories are not returnable. Pool Returns Because most items are ruined once they get wet, swimming pools and accessories are final sales.
