Disputes
First and foremost you should not find yourself in a position to consider openning a dispute as we are committed to resolving any reasonable issue.
Therefore, please ensure that you have contacted us directly through ebay messages or by email - not by phone as there is no record of this for you.
We will answer your message as quickly as possible but please allow us an opportunity to look into the matter for you and note that we do not have full staff available over a weekend.
If your order has not arrived please check the delivery estimate for your order before chasing. If you are in the delivery estimate window and the order has not arrived please send us a message and we will be happy to chase it up for you.
If your order has arrived damaged or is not as you expected please send us the details and we will address the matter for you as quickly as possible.
Please note that if you decide to open a dispute then you are restricting the options that we have available to resolve the matter for you.
As a third party will become involved this almost always delays resolution of the matter for you and often incurs additional costs for the buyer as you will be required to return any order via a trackable and insured means at your expense for a refund as we will no longer be able to send out replacements.
If the item has not arrived but you still want it we will not be able to continue with your order as the funds associated with it will have been withdrawn.
If your order has not arrived and is no longer required then if you contact us directly we will refund your order by return - there is no need to open a dispute as this will lead to your account being blocked.
Therefore, we would ask that you only open a dispute if we are not able to resolve the problem to your satisfaction and you have advised us of your intentions and that you have noted the additional costs etc that may result. |
