Easter Holiday Delivery Info As Easter is fast approaching, we've put together some information on how the Easter holidays will affect order delivery below.
Our couriers will be delivering items as normal until Thursday 28 March. There will be no courier deliveries on Good Friday (29 March) or Easter Monday (1 April). Normal courier deliveries will resume on Tuesday 2 April.

So, you’re part of schuh - what does this mean? We've finally let out the secret!
As some of you may already know, schuh are Branch309's parents! However, Branch309 are a separate company from schuh, therefore, here are a few important thing you may need to know:
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Although Branch309 and schuh share the same fantastic 365 returns policy, we can't deliver items ordered on Branch309 to schuh stores, or take Branch309 returns at schuh stores as the stock is different between both companies. This includes schuh items purchased from our Ex Display range on Branch309.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
We're unable to combine orders for items from the schuh website and Branch309 website, and we're also unable to accept schuh gift cards as a payment type on the Branch309 website.

Both Branch309 and schuh have their own dedicated Customer Service Teams ready to answer your every question, with telephone numbers and email address specific to each company.

What's your returns policy? We hope you LOVE your new shoes! However, if it turns out that they 're not suitable for whatever reason, you can return the unused shoes to us within 1 year for a full refund. We just ask that you return them in the same condition you received them in, and in their original packaging. We recommend you use a Recorded or Special Delivery service to send the parcel in case you need to track it with the courier. Remember to include your completed returns form letting us know why you're returning them and whether you want a refund or an exchange. The item you wish to exchange for can be written in the Comments/Exchanges box on the returns form along with any other comments. If you've lost your returns form, then please include a covering letter with your name and address, your order number, the reason for returning the item and whether you want a refund or an exchange.

If the item is faulty or incorrectly despatched, we will be able to offer a refund for the product and your postage costs. If you believe you have been sent the incorrect item, please double check the full details of the listing, including the UK size before returning the item to us. We are only able to reimburse postage costs or delivery charges where the item is faulty or if we’ve sent the wrong thing. We're really sorry, but we are unable to take back used goods which are unsuitable or don’t fit. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your consumer rights.

What does 'ship with other' mean on your listings? To ensure you’re shoes arrive as quickly as possible, the courier we use to deliver your item is dependant on where you'sre having it delivered to! Therefore, we may use Parcelforce, UPS or Yodel to deliver to Mainland UK, City Air Express to deliver to Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, and UPS to deliver Internationally. What Size Should I Order? We stock LOTS of different brands and - just like clothing - they sometimes vary in
their sizing. We stock footwear from all over the world but all of our shoes are listed in UK sizes. To check the UK size against US and EU sizing, check our Size Conversion Chart for guidance. We're sorry, but we're unable to give measurements in centimetres. If you receive the shoes and
they're not an ideal fit, don't worry! You can return them unused to us and get your money back. Click here for info on how to return the shoes to us.

PayPal is the quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay. As soon as you

How many pairs of shoes can I order? You can buy up to 10 items within any one transaction. And whats
more, customers having their orders delivered to the UK or Ireland can order up to TEN PAIRS in any one transaction and we'll combine the shipping so that you only pay ONE postage charge of £3.50.

you can’t find it by checking the BRANDS section, or by using Search, then unfortunately, this will mean we don’t have it!

Can you give measurements of the footwear? All of our stock that is currently on eBay is kept in storage until
the listing has ended. As this is the case, we're unable to provide footwear measurements. However, if you're unsure of the UK size you require, To check the UK size against US and EU sizing, check our Size

The good news is that, if you find that the footwear is unsuitable, you have 1 year to return it to us, unused and in its original condition, for a refund. Please note that we
will not be able to refund your postage costs unless the shoes are faulty or mis-described.

Can I amend my delivery address once I have paid for my item? Once all items have been paid for and cleared
through the PayPal security system, we are unable to make any changes to the address that has been selected for shipping. It’s always best to double check the address you have selected for shipping prior to
paying for the item through PayPal. Please note that no exceptions can be made to this for security reasons.
