Returns are accepted for "New" goods sold that are found to be not as described. It is important to note that all goods are individually security marked before they are despatched. Please report any purchase problems within 7 days of receipt of your goods. Please then send goods back unused in original packaging for a replacement / store credit. Once goods have safely arrived back with me and been checked and problem confirmed a replacement item will be sent to you should a replacement item not be available at that time then a store credit will be issued. Please note that to protect copyright issues items like knitting patterns etc are non-returnable. Also "used" goods and goods sold as repaired/damaged are not refundable/returnable. Please be aware that all goods are insured up to £39 for loss only. Insurance for damage in transit is available for every item sold/purchased but this must be requested prior to paying for the goods so that the additional cost of this service can be invoiced to you (the buyer). If goods become damaged in transit and this insurance has not been requested then a refund for damaged goods cannot be made. If insurance has been purchased then compensation will be applied for from the relevant postal services according to the value of the goods damaged.
