We encourage you to leave detailed seller ratings on the Leave Feedback page after you leave your overall rating (positive, neutral or negative).
If you decide to leave detailed seller ratings, you are required to leave them at the same time you leave your overall Feedback rating and comment. When you’re rating us, please keep the following in mind:
Be honest. Objective ratings help us improve performance and help future buyers accurately evaluate sellers.
Review the item title and description before rating us on the item as described.
>Consider only business days when evaluating communication. We don’t always get the chance to check email everyday and around holidays.
>When rating us on shipping time, rate the us on the time it took them to mail the item- keep in mind- we only are able to ship out once a week, therefore depending on when we recieved your payment the item may have not been mailed until our next ship day. Ebay suggests that you do not hold us responsible for delays in mail services, international custom delays or for the time it took for your payment to clear.
>When rating us on shipping and handling charges, we do our best to keep shipping fees reasonable. Costs includes, shipping materials, product handling/packaging and transporting packages to shipper, shipper costs. For international transactions, you will also be responsible for duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees as requested by country laws.
