Return Policy:

We are 100% sure of the authenticity of the item. If you're not familiar with CHANEL or other designer's item that you intent to buy, and have any doubt in regards to the authenticity of the item, please post our shop items at the CHANEL authentication section of the Purse Forum, or use the authentication services of Mypoupettte or The finer designer. If you still are not sure about the authenticity, please restrain from purchasing on our items.

All items are shown to experts or CHANEL Fashion Repair center in Tokyo for verify the authenticity before selling. We do not refund or accept return with buyer's remorse.

If you request us for return based on the authenticity, we require the PROOF.

If you believe that the item that you purchase is not authentic, please authenticate the item at Mypoupette. If they verify that the item is not authentic, we will issue full refund. But you need to provide us the copy of e-mail from them in a written statement. We do not refund or accept return without any proof. No exceptions.

If you have any concern or problem on the authenticity, please take following steps (this scenario will not happen)

4. Send back the bag to us with insurance and tracking by express.

Item should be returned with scure packaging not to damage during the delivery. If the item returned in broken or damaged condition, we can't refund money.

5. We issue full refund including original and return shipping cost, and fee for authentication promptly.
