PAYMENTS

End of auction - please follow directions on your invoice. I would appreciate payment within 5 days, but can be flexiable as long as you notify me ASAP if there is a problem.

Multiple purchases within 5 days can be combined onto one invoice to save p&p. Please let me know if you are still shopping after purchasing an item, so i can hold off on invoice.

 Recently a number of new ebayers have been buying items and ignoring all invoices, reminders, emails etc. To combat this happening repeatedly, I would appreciate it if you notified me before bidding if you have less than 3 positive feedbacks. All bidders with a zero rating will have bids cancelled if not notified to me in advance. Sorry to all genuine bidders - but this recent spate of timewasting creates the need for such rules.

UK buyers can pay with Paypal or uncrossed postal order.

International buyers - Paypal only please.

I cannot accept international postal / money orders. Please do not send these, as they will be returned and sale cancelled.

POSTAGE

Please be aware that Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery service claims parcels can take between 1-8 days for delivery, possibly even longer at busier periods.

 Track & Trace service on Royal Mails website states that Recorded Signed For option cannot provide tracking service until item has been delivered, and no further info is available online til then.

If you require a guaranteed Next Day Delivery - Special Delivery - please let me know BEFORE paying so I can ammend the invoice for you to include the additional Royal Mail charges for this service.

I cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail failing to deliver within the timelines they state.

 I always post items within 24 hours of receiving your payment (Sunday exception) as you will see when your parcel arrives.

Please don't penalise me for 'slow delivery' by Royal Mail. My DISPATCH time is very quick, sometimes even within an hour of receiving payment.

 When leaving feedback please remember the delay, if any, was certainly not by me the seller!

Postage costs are kept as low as possible. You will see that from the Royal Mail label on your item. Remember to take into account the cost of packaging materials too!

I always use Recorded Delivery / Special Delivery / International Signed For or Airsure. These services DO cost slightly more, but we are both covered as seller & buyer incase parcels go AWOL and this complies with Paypals protection policies.

RETURNS 

I cannot accept responsibility for refunding postal costs if items are being returned. Paypal only allows sellers to refund the amount paid to them innitially, and cannot exceed this amount.

Garment measurements and picture details are carefully displayed in listings so you can check for fit / suitability BEFORE buying, to prevent returns, so if you are in doubt - ask any questions BEFORE bidding.

In-transit damage caused by Royal Mail will need to be claimed back through Royal Mail. I am happy to assist with this as long as i have the original packaging sent back to me. RM normally hilight any intransit damage with a sticker / bag upon delivery.

 Any returns postage costs in instances of damage, will be refunded after Royal Mail investigation.

I can assure you I would NOT send out an item in a damaged condition so it should not arrive to you in a damaged condition, and thus not be returned back to me in a damaged condition.

I pride myself on good customer service, and having happy customers is what eBay selling is all about for me.

Please always use a recorded method of returning items for safety,  again to be able to provide Paypal with the essential tracking numbers.

Enclose the original packaging and paypal paperwork sent to you with your item.

Refunds will only be issued when goods are returned to me in the same condition they were sent out to you in, with the original tags attatched too.

Items sent back to me as uncollected / RTS by Royal Mail... This has happened a few times recently, so i have decided to put an update note here in my shop. As all items are sent recorded, a signature is required upon delivery. If the mail man/woman tries to deliver when you are out, a card is left giving you further instructions on how to re-arrange delivery. If you fail to uplift the parcel within 10-14 days (it can vary depending on your local office) the parcel is sent back to me.

At this point, i will contact buyer to inform them their item has been returned as they failed to collect / re-arrange delivery. Your original payment will be refunded MINUS the postage. Im sure you can appreciate i cant be expected to pay for the postage and packaging myself as i sent it out in good faith.
