REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
As we want our buyers to be satisfied with our products,
we offer a "no hassle" REFUND / EXCHANGE policy.
We accept returns that are made within 7 days of purchase.
We refund your Paypal account with the cost of the item only.
Postage & packing fees are NOT refunded.
We accept exchanges that are made within 7 days of purchase.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability & we will do our best to source the exchange item for you if not currently in stock.
If the exchange item is no longer available then we shall give a refund in line with our refund policy above.
The buyer is responsible for all postage & packing costs.
For both REFUNDS and EXCHANGE Items must be unworn, in the original condition and returned in the original packaging.
For Refunds and Exchanges, please contact us before you send the item & clearly state your details in any parcels so we can refund/exchange with the minimum of fuss.
We also advise that you obtain a proof of postage receipt as we can not compensate for items that have been lost in the mail.
In these rare instances, compensation should be sought from Royal Mail.
