I would ask you very kindly to consider that, despite media hype to the contrary, most eBay sellers value honesty and customer relations very highly. It is not in my best interests to be deceitful or unhelpful and I take great pride in my customer care as my feedback shows. PLEASE consider your claim. If you have an honest enquiry or concern you should feel very confident that you can contact me and find a helpful, friendly person here to assist you. Please do not threaten, bully or exaggerate your claim as this really will not help matters and may result in official action and/or your claim being refused.

Returns policy.
As an honest seller I ask that buyers please return goods for GENUINE reasons, for example, if they are faulty.
Dishonest claims will not be entertained.
If you have concerns regarding your purchase again please contact me directly (see above) as easy solutions are usually available and I am happy to help.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please notify me as soon as possible within 7 days of receipt of your parcel. This also applies to damages. Notification or contact after this statutory cooling off period may affect your rights. This is in accordance with current eBay and B.E.R.R. regulations.
In the event of a return...
In an event of an agreed return you will be entitled to a full refund of product costs excluding initial post fees, and a maximum10% sorting charge may be applied to comics / graphic novel sales and/or large purchases. Buyers will have to pay all return post/packaging costs and out-of-pocket expenses resulting from the return of goods. Any refund of post fees is solely at my discretion.
All products should be returned in their received condition, so please look after any goods in your care.

Opening packaging on action figures will affect their value and resale and consequently affect your right to return or refund.
Agreed refunds will be made upon successful return of your purchase and after inspection of their condition. I will always endeavour to find a solution agreeable to both the buyer and myself, with due contact and discussion where required.
If an item is damaged in transit…
If an item is damaged in transit please notify me immediately – or within the statutory 7-day cooling off period. Please remember that your parcel is always insured against such damage and a refund can be issued after the realisation of a claim to Royal Mail. Proof of damage will be necessary – clear photographs will often suffice – and a return of goods is at my discretion in these circumstances.
If an item is faulty…
In the event of a faulty product you can request a full refund (including post fees) or equivalent product replacement upon proof of said fault, rather than a refund, if you prefer. In this event I will pay any reasonable post fees and expenses on the replacement package.
