BBC has a specific returns policy for clothing purchases (this policy does not apply to everything so please check the listing). Purchases of outfits and groupings of items need to be returned as purchased (I can't accept just the top of an outfit for instance)..
IMPORTANT NOTE: Returns of more than 2 items/month will be given store credit only! If your purchases received a promotional shipping rate (free or $2.99 for over $100 purchased) and you return the items and repurchase others right away to replace them (over $100 worth) I cannot offer you the discounted shipping rate for the replaced items and will bill shipping at actual cost.
1. Let me know as soon as possible from receipt that you wish to return an item. I'd appreciate a heads up that there is a return coming! (You have 14 days to return the item).
2. Send back the item in it's original state (NWT, unwashed, New). Use delivery confirmation for your records. Mark the package "Return". IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE A SMOKER OR LIVE IN A HOME WITH SMOKERS WE CANNOT and WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR RETURN! Smoke renders them less than fresh and not resalable. If items are returned with smoke or any scent to them, the buyer will be refunded only 25% of the purchase price, as the item(s) will have to be washed and resold as used at a greatly reduced value.
3. I will refund you immediately via PayPal (or check if paid with check or MO) OR give you a store credit if you are returning more than 2 items. You will then get a request for refund cancellation of item, which allows me to get back the fees on the item.
4. Refunds are given for the price of the item only, not shipping either way.
5. Exchanges are not offered at this time.
6. If you receive free shipping and your package is returned to me for any reason, (wrong address, etc) I will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
