We will accept returns but you need to contact us first so we can try and help you with your query. Items need to be paid for either by Paypal or by personal cheque but this will need to be cleared before we send the goods out to you. We aim to send out your goods within 48 hours, but please allow 15 working days from the day we send you your despatch confirmation email before contacting us.
