Postage
UK Delivery
All items are sent free by Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery, unless they weigh over 1 kg, when they are sent free by 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Normal delivery time for 2nd Class is 3 working days.
For a small fee you can have your item sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Normal delivery time is 1-2 working days.
If you want your item sent quickly for next day delivery, it can be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day.
We take full responsibility for your item until it has been delivered to you, in the unlikely event that your parcel doesn't arrive we will submit a claim with Royal Mail. Please note Royal Mail will not declare a parcel missing until 15 working days after it should have been delivered. If the item doesn't arrive during that period we will make a claim with Royal Mail and you will receive a full refund or replacement item if one is available.
Overseas Delivery
All items posted overseas are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For.
Overseas items are dispatched just as quickly as UK orders but delivery times vary between countries, please allow at least 2 weeks for your order to arrive. Please also bear in mind that you may have to pay import taxes if you are outside of the European Union, check with your local authorities if you are unsure. Please note that you are responsible for any customs duty/charges that may be applicable upon receipt of your item.

For delivery times stated on the Royal Mail website for International Signed For is usually within three working days for Western Europe, five working days to Eastern Europe and seven working days for the rest of the world.
