Returns

We accept returns for a refund or exchange on items that are not suitable.

Returns must be received back within 14 days of delivery and for the goods to be returned in the exact same condition that they were sent including any tags. Please email us before hand so we can expect delivery stating your reason and if you require a refund or exchange. Please include the invoice / packing slip in your return package to speed your refund. Where refunds are offered, the refund will be for the price of the item and not include the postage paid.

Under no circumstances will items be exchanged or refunded if not returned within 14 days from the date you receive them or if items are not received back in the same condition you received them.
