Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
Postage
Only 99p postage regardless of how many items purchased. Please note all items must be paid for with one invoice and paid in one single payment. All orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Post. We do our best to dispatch all orders within 24hours. However in busy periods it may take a little longer.
Non-Delivery
If your order has not arrived within 7 days please contact us as it may have been lost in the post. In our experience this is very rare - but if this does happen do not worry as it will be sorted out!
Returns
In the unlikely event that your order is received in a faulty condition, please let us know straight away. We will offer an immediate replacement or a full refund of your payment. It is not always necessary for you to return the faulty item - an emailed photo of the damage will often suffice.
