  • Postage and Returns Policy

Small items and lower value items are sent with Royal Mail 24. For larger, heavier or more valuable orders our standard courier service is now UK Mail 24Hr - this is a one working day service which is recorded and trackable - note this option doesnt apply to Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland which may take longer and a postage premium applies (please see individual listings for details)

In order to get your items to you as quickly as possibe we use Royal Mail 24 for smaller items which has a delivery target of next working day. This service is much quicker and more reliable than Royal Mail 2nd class.

Postage & Packing Costs

All our items are inclusive of postage.

Postage Surcharges

Please note that certain surcharges may apply to deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands. These are costs imposed on us by the carrier as a contract holder and will be detailed in each advert if applicable but if you have any questions please ask before buying.

Note that the option of a 24 hour courier doesnt apply if delivery is to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Despatch Times

All our goods are shipped either on the same day (if payment is received before about 12:30pm) or the next day (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). We will always email the customer to confirm when the goods are despatched in any case to keep you informed of progress. Emails are sent through eBay so please ensure your email spam filters are set to allow all eBay messages - this seems particularly to affect hotmail accounts.

Postal Services

We use a variety of courier services (including UK Mail and Royal Mail depending on the size of the item) to create the lowest postage cost for the customer. Where possible we always try to offer a fast postal service so while all our smaller items are now shipped with Royal Mail 24 you will find our larger or more expensive items are shipped with UK Mail 24. This gives the customer the best possible delivery service in both cases. Please note that while we list some items with UK Mail delivery we do reserve the option to use alternate equivelant couriers in order to maintain our levels of service.

Delayed Items

PLEASE NOTE: Once your goods leave us, no matter how hard we have worked to get your goods out of the door as quickly as possible and no matter how much you need the item to pack those 100 Nintendo Wii consoles you need to despatch ... we are at the mercy of the relevant courier service.

If you have not received your item within 4 working days then let us know. If nothing else it makes us aware that there may be an issue and we can check our despatch logs at this end.  If the item was sent by UK Mail we can look at the tracking and identify the reason for the delay.

If the item was sent with Royal Mail then please let us know but we would always ask that in the first instance you contact your local sorting office as THE most common reason is when a delivery has been attempted and a card isnt left. Other than this there is little we can do if an item is delayed with Royal Mail other than wait - If Royal Mail do declare the item lost we will either refund you or send a replacement.

Returns Policy

All our goods are covered by our 30 day no quibble returns policy. Providing the goods are unopened and unused they may be returned for any reason. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and on return of the goods we will refund the amount paid less the initial postage charge. The refund will be made in the same manner that the initial payment was made. If you have paid by card please allow up to 7 days for the credit to appear on your account. Please contact on us before returning any item where full instructions will be provided regarding the return.

In the unlikely event that an item is defective please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 7 days from receipt of goods.
