PAYMENT: Please make payment within 3 days of purchase. Cheques (made payable to BLUEBERRY BARN LIMITED) must be sent to us within this time also, but items will not be despatched until cheques have cleared through our bank. This may take up to 10 days. If you are unable to make payment within 3 days please contact us immediately to let us know when you will be paying. If you would prefer to pay by credit/debit card over the telephone, then please telephone us on 01335 343344 - we are usually available 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday. However if we are unavailable please leave a message with your name and phone number and we will call you back as soon as we can.
SHIPPING: Postage & packing (shipping & handling) charges shown in our listings are for deliveries within the UK only. We usually ship ithin 24 hours of payment, unless payment is made at the weekend, in which case we will ship the next working day.
We believe our P&P charges are very fair and take into account the cost of postage, VAT (at the current standard rate), packaging materials and handling. Where we are selling more than one of an individual item in one listing, the P&P charge per additional item is shown in the listing and no further discount is available. The additional item charge is only applicable to items shown in that listing.
For multiple purchases of items in different listings, we are happy to recalculate P&P charges to offer a discount where possible. However to obtain a discount, please request a combined purchases invoice BEFORE PAYMENT. You can contact us by either the "Contact Seller" link in eBay or direct email to orders@blueberrybarn.co.uk.
Please note that we cannot refund P&P charges after payment has been made.
We also ship to EU countries. Buyers in these countries should contact us for shipping charges, which are calculated according to the weight/value of the items bought. EU customers must pay by Paypal and must be Paypal "VERIFIED", i.e. address confirmed with Paypal.
