We'll pay the cost of your return delivery and refund you in full if your return is due to our error - for example, if the item is defective or we've sent it to you incorrectly.

Otherwise, if you no longer want the item, we'll deduct the cost of delivery from your refund and will be unable to pay the postage costs of your return.

Q: The item I received is damaged or faulty. What do I do?

  • If your item is damaged or faulty you must contact us immediately and return it within 30 days of delivery using the returns label and form provided. You will be entitled to a replacement product, a product of equal value, or a refund.

Q: I’ve changed my mind and don’t want my order. What do I do?

  • The item must be returned to us in original condition within 30 days of delivery.
  • Your item must be returned unopened, unused and in delivery condition. All packaging, wrapping, labels and seals must be intact. If a manufacturer’s security seal is broken we will be unable to accept your return.

Q: How do I return an item?

  • You will need to securely package your item and send it back to us using our pre-paid returns label. Please be sure to include the returns form detailing the item you have returned and the reason why, along with your eBay user ID.
  • When posting your item, please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. This is important for your records and we may ask you for details of postage, without which we may not be able to process your return.

Q: When will I receive my refund or replacement item?

  • We will process your return as soon as possible once we receive it back into our warehouse. Replacements are subject to product availability and if we no longer have stock of that item a product of equal value or a refund will be offered.
