Q: How do I know that my order has been despatched?

  • You will receive an e-mail confirming that your item has left our warehouse for delivery. We aim to send all items within 24 working hours from your order time.

Q: Can I change the delivery address once I have ordered?

  • Once an order has been placed with us we are unable to change the delivery address. This is for security reasons.

Q: Can I make a change to my order?

  • Make sure you check your order fully before you submit it to us, as you cannot change these details once you have sent them to Blue Banana.
  • Please double check your confirmation e-mail to make sure your order is correct.
  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to halt the processing of your items. This may not always be possible due to the fast processing times at our warehouse where we aim to send out products as quickly as possible.
