Q: When will my order be sent?

· We aim to send all items within 24 hours, however please allow 2 - 4 days for despatch after payment.

· Orders placed after 2:30pm on Friday will be sent on the next working day, Monday.

Q: How do I know that my order has been despatched?

  • You will receive an e-mail confirming that your item has left our warehouse for delivery.

Q: When my order has been sent when will I receive it?

  • For standard delivery you should receive your item 1 - 2 working days from receipt of your despatch confirmation e-mail, but please allow up to 15 days for delivery before contacting us regarding a lost order.
  • For international delivery, times will vary and your parcel may be delayed by Customs and Excise, over which we have no control.

Q: What are your delivery charges?

  • Our standard delivery within the UK is FREE (1 to 2 working days).
  • Our international delivery charges vary from country to country.

Q: I haven't received my order. What do I do?

  • If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time please contact us so we can investigate with the delivery company.
  • We cannot investigate missing standard delivery items until after 15 working days have passed.
  • Please inform us within 40 days from the time you received your confirmation e-mail, as after this time we may not be able to track, refund or replace your item.

Q: I ordered more than one item but one is missing. What do I do?

  • You will receive an e-mail confirming that your items have left our warehouse for delivery. Please confirm that all items are mentioned on this e-mail, as one could be sent out separately.
  • If you find all your items have been sent out for delivery but you are still missing one, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.

Q: What will happen if I am not at home to accept delivery of my item?

  • In the UK if your order will not fit through your letterbox our courier will leave a card notifying you of an attempted delivery and listing the steps you need to take in order to collect your item or arrange for re-delivery.
  • For international deliveries please refer to your local postal company for their standard procedure, as this may differ from that of the UK.

Q: Which countries can you deliver to?

  • We deliver to the UK and many countries worldwide. Please see our list of excluded countries in our delivery information area on eBay for full details.

Q: Am I able to change my delivery address to something other than my registered PayPal address?

  • For security reasons we are unable to deliver to any other address than your registered PayPal address.

Q: Can you deliver on bank holidays?

  • Bank holidays are not working days and we do not include these in our delivery time estimates. Please expect your item to be delivered on the next working day.

Q: How do you ship overseas?

  • Postage for items shipped overseas is calculated by weight.
