Adverse weather affecting deliveries
We are currently experiencing delays with deliveries due to the snow in the north east of England and most of Scotland. We are unable to make any return collections at the moment for most of this area. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Christmas and New Year Deliveries
We will be operating a full delivery calender up to the 23rd of December this year. We will not be sending any orders on the 24th to the 28th December. We will send out parcels and mail orders on the 29th and 30th, then not send any orders again until Tuesday the 4th Jan 2011.
Questions will not be answered from the 25th to the 28th December, and from the 31st Dec through to the 3rd Jan 2011.
As well as our usual weekend closing, additionally we will be closed on the 27th 28th December and the 3rd Jan 2011 this year, so will not be able to answer telephone queries then.
