| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:All of our products have a 14 day refund period for any reason if you are not happy with the purchase. Please email if you need any other information or advice. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes we do. Orders below 2kg, will be combined and sent at cost, please request an invoice at checkout prior to making you payment. No matter how many items you purchase with a combined weight of 2KG and above, you will only ever pay a maximum of £6 in Postage Costs (Mainland UK). |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We endeavour to despatch orders within 48 hours of receipt/clearance of funds. However, at busy periods or during circumstances beyond our control this is not always possible, therefore you should please allow up to 10 days for delivery. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Items are sent at cost as per the postage cost detailed in the listing. We use Royal Mail or Courier dependant on the Size and Weight of your order. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:We can send some of our lighter & smaller items overseas but please email me first so that we can confirm postal costs. |
