Please obtain a proof of postage for all returns.
Unwanted Items
Items must be returned unused in the same packaging as far as possible. Buyer to return by 2nd Class post or Standard Parcel if too heavy for 2nd Class. Please enclose the original franked postage lable to show postage cost if possible. Refund will be paid via Paypal minus the original cost of posting (usually equivalent to the return cost).
Faulty Items
Buyer to return by 2nd Class post or Standard Parcel if too heavy for 2nd Class. Original purchase price will be refunded plus the cost of returns postage.
Please note that items deemed to have been misused or mistreated by the Buyer will not be refunded.
