We understand there will be times where you may wish to return an item; we understand if it does not fit, is unsuitable for you or just not for you. Our 'no quibble' guarantee ensures that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the item for a refund or exchange. Please contact us via eBay within 7 days of receipt following the relevant instructions below.

REFUNDS

If you wish to return an item(s) for a refund, it must be returned to us in its original condition; if not, we may be unable to accept them. Where reasonable care has not been taken with any items we reserve the right to refund you in full, less any amounts due by the way of compensation to either repair the goods or cover any losses.

To return an item(s) for a refund you must register your return in eBay’s return facility by following these 5 simple steps:

1. Go to "My eBay" and click "Purchase History" under the Buy tab. (You may be asked to sign in if you have not done so already).
2. Select "Return this item" from the pull-down menu, under the Actions column, inline with the item you wish to return.
3. Review this page, stating the reason for your return and adding any additional information in the space given if necessary. Next click Continue. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once we have accepted your return request.
4. You are now ready to send back the item(s). Prepare the item for postage and return it to the address provided ensuring that the return slip given by eBay or this packing slip is included.
5. We do advise you to send your parcel back to us using a tracking service i.e. 2nd Class Recorded Delivery. This service will provide you with a tracking number which will help you track your parcel. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or delayed in the post and we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges without the original item back.
6. Once we have received the item(s), and checked the condition is satisfactory, we will refund your purchase within 24 hours of receipt. If we encounter any problems, we will notify you as soon as possible.

EXCHANGES

The easiest and simplest way to exchange the item(s) is for you to purchase the exchange item(s) you require and we will send this to you. Meanwhile, follow the refunds procedure above making sure the item(s) being returned is sent back to us in its original condition. As soon as we receive the item(s) and have checked the condition, we will refund you within 24 hours.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Under the distance selling regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day you receive your order) to cancel your purchase for a refund or exchange.
