Our terms and conditions Bionutricals-UK-Ltd are set out below. Please read through these before placing your order.

Please note that the confirmation email is not acceptance of your order even though payment has been taken via PayPal. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we despatch the product to you. Despatch will be confirmed by email.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales given, however delays are occasionally inevitable. All claims for items not delivered must be made within 45 days of despatch.

All items are subject to availability. In the rare event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

We always try to ensure that the prices quoted are correct and that all products are accurately described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description or price of goods listed. If we discover an error in the price or description of goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order based on the correct price or description, or cancelling it.

All prices are inclusive of U.K. VAT, where applicable, at the standard rate.

Payment can be made via PayPal or credit/debit card over the phone. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order secure, but we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

We do not accept any other form of payment.

You may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you wish to return your purchase you must notify us as soon as possible after receipt, in any case within 7 days, starting the day after delivery.

We do offer an additional 30 day refund policy but to qualify for this the item must be returned to us in its original condition.

Items won by auction are not returnable unless otherwise stated. This does not affect your statutory rights.
