Q. Do your products work 100%?

A. As we all know every persons body is different and some peoples results will vary from the next persons, my advice would be to try the product and see how it works for you, all the products we sell are high in demand and have proven results from many customers.

Q. I am intrested in one of your products are they safe?

A. Yes all our products are 100% Safe and will not give you any side effects.

Q. Your supplements are very cheap compared to others on the market why is this?

A. By selling online we are able to cut a lot of the overheads it would cost selling in a retail store, we are also the sole distributor for whole of Europe and the UK which enables us to offer you our products at the best possible price.

Q. How fast do you deliver?

A. We send all UK items by First Class Royal Mail and your order should be with you in 1-2 days. Items sent to Europe (7-14 days) & Worldwide (15-25 Days) are sent by Airmail

Q. Do you combine postage?

A. A lot of our items are Free Delivery to uk, by purchasing more than one of the same item you will receive postage discount.

Q. Where is my item its still not been delivered?

A. Once your item has been dispatched, delivery by 1st Class Royal Mail usually takes 1 to 2 working days. Occasionally this can be longer. Please make sure your paypal address is correct as this can result in your order been lost. If you are out when delivery takes place you should be left a card with instructions how to collect your delivery. If not, it is worth checking with neighbours or the local post office to see if your delivery is there. Items sent to Europe usually take 7 to 14 working days and over 15 days for items outside Europe

Q. Do you accept cheques, cash or postal orders?

A. We accept payments via paypal or over the phone via your card.

Q. I think my order may be lost in the post?

A. We sympathise that you may be frustrated that your item may be taking a while in the post we are unable to take any action for delayed/lost items in the post until 15 working days have passed after postage by 1st Class Royal Mail. This extends to 25 working days for items sent outside the U.K
