Shipping Time & Communication:
* Items are shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt Monday - Saturday. For Saturday shipment, payment must be received by 11 a.m. Pacific Standard Time. The only exception to this are postal holidays & Sunday.
* Please check your Ebay Messages and/or Ebay Registered Email address after your purchase and/or payment. A message will be sent through the Ebay message system once payment is received to let you know when & how your item(s) will be shipped.

Orders of 1-4 bottles of nail polish ship USPS First Class Mail Parcel (2-5 Days)
Orders of 5 or more nail polishes ship USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Days)

* Need 1-4 bottles Faster? Upgrade your shipping speed to USPS Priority Mail for $4.90! This will include shipping for your entire order (or just buy 5 bottles & your shipping is free!). If the upgrade option is not available, please send us a note & we will send you an updated invoice.
* If purchasing Nail Polish Sets or Lotions; please refer to those particular listings for shipping costs (they are based on weight). Or send a note to us through Ebay with your zip code & we'll estimate shipping costs for you!
* If you overpay on shipping; a refund will be sent promptly to your Paypal account.
Additional Information about Shipping Costs / Supplies:
* I do my best to package fragile items very well with plenty of bubble wrap, bubble envelopes, and/or sturdy boxes; but in the rare event that your item(s) are damaged during transit time to you; please send a note through the Ebay message center & we will attend to it promptly.
* Please keep in mind that we purchase Brand New shipping labels, bubble envelopes, bubble bags, packing tape, 'Fragile' stickers, etc to be used to package your order. Any additional funds over & above the actual shipping costs are used for this purpose. Our average cost for shipping supplies is $.55 per order.

* We value your business & your satisfaction with your purchase is important to us. We will gladly refund your money (auction total less original shipping fees) if the item is not as described in this listing.
** Nail Polish items are only returnable if they are defective. ** So please ask plenty of questions if you are unsure about a polish - color, glitter, shimmer or creme, etc. so you know what you are buying before you purchase it.
* Please send an Ebay note to us once you receive your item if you feel that there is a problem. Buyer is responsible for the postage when returning the item to us (we will not reimburse the return shipping costs). Returned items must be in the original shipped condition, not worn, used, or altered.
* Item(s) must be returned to seller for a refund. Once the returned item(s) are received by the seller, the refund will be issued.
