All standard build bikes are delivered 90% built and you will need to fit the pedals, saddle/post into frame, handlebars and front wheel. Instructions and basic tools are supplied. You can see more detail on assembly the by clicking the "Assembly Guide"
For your safety, and for legal reasons, we require that you have your bike assembled and adjusted by a trained competent cycle mechanic before use. You must seek professional advice before using the product. As the owner of the product you are solely responsible for the cost of correct assembly and properly maintaining it in a safe operating condition.
Activities such as "wheelies", stunt riding or jumping constitute misuse and will invalidate any guarantee that may be offered. We will not accept any third party costs involved whatsoever in maintaining, assembling, replacement or returning the product.
All goods supplied by BikesDirect365.com are from official sources and are covered by the normal manufacturers’ warranty. Generally speaking, warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, stunts and general wear and tear. It is your responsibility to ensure bikes are built correctly and well maintained with regular servicing as brake and gear cables will stretch over time with use, so will need adjustment to keep them running smoothly. We strongly recommend a bike is serviced every 3 months and proof will need to be provided to support any warranty claim.
How much is delivery and where do you deliver to?
Standard delivery within the UK mainland is £9.99 per bike and this will be added at the checkout. Our prices include VAT @ 20%. Charges for areas further a field will automatically show as options at point of purchase such as Isle of Man, Scottish Isles and Northern Ireland.

How long does delivery take for bicycles?
We dispatch all our bikes via Yodel and orders received before 1 o'clock on a weekday will be dispatched same day. If you place your order after 1 o'clock or over the weekend or on a public holiday your order will be dispatched next working day. If you selected standard dispatch you should receive your order within 2 to 3 working days (96% delivered within 2 days) if you are a mainland UK customer, elsewhere will take longer.
Standard delivery is on weekdays only and you must sign for your parcel.
Only products actually in stock will show on our site and allow you to purchase.
Standard delivery can be anytime between 8:30am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday and we will always try to deliver within 3 days but in the unlikely event of your order being undelivered please allow 1 extra business day before contacting us. If you are out when the delivery is made a card will be left. You can then re-arrange the delivery or arrange to collect from your local Yodel depot. If you are out during the day have your order delivered to you at work or a relative, if possible.
We also offer various timed delivery options.
IMPORTANT - If the parcel outer packaging is damaged in anyway please don't accept the parcel.
What size bike do I need?
Use our size guide to select the correct frame size for you using your inside leg measurement. The size guide is for guidance only and should not be taken as accurate. If you find the bike is unsuitable after delivery due to its size you cannot cancel/return your order. If you require size guidance please contact us at email@example.com
To help your frame selection consider seating your child on a bike with the seat at its lowest point and the balls of the feet should just touch the ground on each side. For an adult adjust the seat height so that you can touch the ground on both sides with the tips of toes with your legs stretched. If you are stopping frequently or less confident you should go for a lower saddle position so your feet are flat on the ground as you get more confident you can raise the seat as required. If considering a bike with a suspension seat post this will increase the frame size by approx 1.5" so add this onto your frame size - a 15" frame with a suspension seatpost fitted will become a 16.5" frame.
