PLEASE NOTE Due to hygienic reasons we can only supply helmets and undergarments on a non-returnable basis.
Realistically this means you
should have at the very least tried on and established your correct size of the model of
helmet in question. We accept that if you are not able to, you will most likely, purchase your helmet elsewhere
1. Acceptance of your order:
We must receive cleared payment of the price of the products and the delivery charges (including any
surcharges that apply to your delivery address) before we can accept your order. We reserve the right
to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order. Our acceptance of your order
takes place upon delivery of the products. Ensure packaging is intact before signing for a delivery,
if the packaging is noticeably damaged write “packaging damaged” on carriers delivery documentation
before accepting the delivery. Only when we have accepted your order is a binding contract created
between us. All orders are subject to availability. If the product ordered is unavailable then we will
notify you ASAP where you will have the option of waiting for stock, choosing an alternative
or a full refund.
The price of the Goods shall be set by the seller’s quoted price or where no price has been quoted
(or a quoted price is no longer valid) the price listed in the sellers’ price list current at the date of
dispatch of goods. All prices quotations or estimates are subject to alteration without notice.
We have taken reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the content on our website, however, in
accordance with the applicable laws; we disclaim all warranties (expressed or implied) as to the
accuracy of the information contained in any of the material on our site.
4. Complaints & Liability:
All complaints should be sent to Bike Devils Ltd, address details as stated on the front of the
If any of these Terms and Conditions are not eligible it shall not affect the eligibility of the rest
of these Terms and Conditions.
6. No Variation or Representation:
Nothing said by our sales staff shall amount to any variation of these terms & conditions or
representation about the nature or quality of our products.
7. Dispatch & Delivery
We will endeavor to dispatch goods on specified dispatch date but such a date is an estimate
only and the Seller accepts no liability in the event that it is unable to meet the dispatch or delivery date.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction:
Your order and the formation of the contract shall be governed by and interpreted in
accordance with English law. The English Courts shall have jurisdiction to hear disputes between us.
9. Shortages or Errors
Notification of all claims including shortages, damages or incorrect items must be made to
us in writing within 3 working days from receipt of the goods. The seller shall not be liable for any loss,
direct or indirect incurred by the buyer as a result of any shortages or incorrectly supplied goods.
10. Returns Policy
Goods being returned must be returned within 7 days following delivery. Under certain conditions
and provided the goods are in unused condition, complete with original packaging goods may
be accepted for return. Normally a 25% handling charge is applicable to authorised returns.
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Specially ordered goods cannot be returned.
Our Returns address is printed on the invoice sent with the goods.

For practical reasons we are unable to extend our normal warranty to export orders. However,
we take care to ensure that all products are checked prior to despatch
Products shipped to UK destinations are supplied with a 12 month (unless otherwise specified),
from date of purchase, warranty against manufacturing defects, this warranty is subject to the item
being exposed to reasonable wear and tear. Items returned for warranty will be inspected for abuse
and or damage before repair or replacement can commence. Any goods we consider to have
been abused or damaged will be refused.
As it is a Return to Base Warranty we will not be responsible for any postal charges either way
in respect of warranties.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
