Returns

If you are in any way unhappy with your item, please contact us immediately. As a business seller Biggest Little Shop Online respect all of your rights under Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) and the Sale of Goods Act (SOGA). Effectively, this means that you have the right to return anything you don't like, within 14 days, using the same or equivalent packaging and service as was used to ship it to you.

We will of course refund all your original payment for the item this might not include the original postage in addition we will usually only refund your return shipping if the item is faulty, In the first instance you must contact us to obtain the return address for this to apply. All we ask is that the goods are unused, unopened and in their original condition. On receipt of the goods, you will be refunded in full. If you have ordered from outside the UK, you should return the product back to us within 21 days of receipt. We will also file a Mutual Agreement Dispute on the site to recover our listing fees, which you will simply need to agree to.

In most instances we are able to offer a discount on combined Postage and Packing please contact us for a quote before you make payment.
