We typically deliver orders within 2 working days of cleared funds. We use a next day courier service for smaller orders and a 48 hour pallet carrier service for larger orders. As with all couriers it is not a guaranteed service and errors and late deliveries can occur, in the event of this please contact us and we will do our best to sort it out. If we are out of stock of any item when you order we will either:
1) Offer a free upgrade to the next suitable product,
2) Refund your postage if we cannot dispatch within 7 days,
3) Offer a full refund.
