Returns Policy
No questions asked returns
We have a no questions asked returns policy. So, if the beads you buy aren’t right for any reason, we’ll replace them for you with no questions asked. Simply ensure they’re unused and it their original packaging and return them to us with a note of your paypal email address or invoice number (so we credit the right person!!) within 7 days of receiving them.
To ensure safe return, please ensure that the beads are well wrapped and return them from any Post Office. Please make sure that you ask for a Certificate of Posting (it’s free). As soon as we receive your returns we’ll let you know via email and issue a credit.
International returns
We offer the same no questions asked returns policy to all our customers. The procedure is just as above, but it is also very important to also obtain a customs information document (CN22 and/or CN23) and clearly mark RETURNED GOODS - FAILED SALE on the document. If this is not completed the goods could be refused at customs and returned to sender.
