Payment

Currently we only accept payment via PayPal. Items will be dispatched as soon as we receive payment. The only exception to this is if your payment is an eCheque, these normally take 7-10 days to process so in this case items will be dispatched as soon as the payment clears.

Its important that you let us know if there is going to be a delay in payment. If we don't hear anything after 7-days then we will open an eBay dispute, after 14-days the transaction will be cancelled and you will be added to our blocked bidders list.

Postage (Shipping) Costs

Orders paid for before 2pm Mon-Fri will normally be dispatched the same day, after 2pm they will be sent the next working day. Please note that the Royal Mail doesn't operate a postal service on Bank Holidays so orders placed on a Bank Holiday weekend will be delayed by 24 hours.

UK Postage - Items to UK addresses will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class and normally take 1-2 days to arrive. Postage is charged at a flat rate of £2.95 for the first item and then £1.00 for each additional item. The postage cost is automatically calculated when you pay so please ensure you’ve finished shopping before paying.

International Postage - Currently we only ship to the following countries – Austria, Australia, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden. Our items are shipped using Royal Mail International Signed For and Royal Mail Airsure, this is slightly more expensive but ensures that the parcel is tracked its whole journey. We do offer shipping discounts, if you buy more than one item please wait for an invoice before paying.

Refunds & Exchanges

Whilst aiming to provide the best possible service for our customers we do understand there are times when goods need to be returned for exchange or refund.

Refunds

If the problem is due to faulty or damaged goods you will be offered a full refund or an exchange (subject to availability) providing the item(s) are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

All other refunds will be processed (excluding postage and packing) provided the goods are sent back in their original packaging and are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

Exchanges

In the event of ordering the incorrect size then we will gladly exchange (subject to availability) the item(s) providing the item(s) are returned to us within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. When returning items please enclose your original order details and your requirements with regard to exchange or refund.

Big Tee Shirt will try to complete exchanges/refunds as soon as possible but please allow 5 working days from receipt of returns for processing.
