Payment Options

PayPal is our preferred payment method in all cases. We are happy to accept cheque payment from customers in the UK, but please be aware it will delay the time it takes to receive your item considerably. Cheques are usually paid in within one week of receipt, and your items shipped after it clears, which could take up to another week. If that's too slow for you, and you cannot use PayPal, then we will happily take a Postal Order instead.

Customers from overseas are strongly advised to use PayPal. If you cannot manage this, we can also accept UK£ banknotes sent via airmail, but please note this is entirely at your own risk. We do not usually accept bank transfers, western union or any other methods not mentioned above. If needed you can ask to pay by another method, but please do so before purchasing something, not afterwards.

Mistakes!

We try to ensure all the information in our listings is accurate, and pride ourselves on offering a quick and professional service, but from time to time, things can slip by without being noticed, and mistakes made. Orders can be mixed up or go missing in the post, item's can be lost or damaged in storage, or listed in multiple quantities accidentally. Whatever the mistake, we want to rectify it!

If an item you receive is not as you expected, please, get in touch with us immediately! You will find we are very anxious to fix any problems, and will do everything we can to make things right, usually you end up with a much better deal than you got in the first place. In the face of a mistake we made, you will always have the option for a full refund, including postage, upon receipt of the returned item.

We are normally much less generous when treated rudely or if bad feedback is left without giving us a chance to make you happy. When mistakes are made, it's the best opportunity to test the mettle of a seller, and inform other ebayers of how well they deal with problems. Try to be understanding, we are not a faceless international corporation, but real people who have feelings too!

Shipping Information

Items are shipped using Royal Mail standard postal services for UK items, and airmail for international orders. We always obtain a certificate of postage, and if anything happens to your order we should normally be able to claim on that and refund you the money for the item, up to £30. However, ultimately, we will not be held responsible for items lost in the post, although we will do everything we can to obtain compensation from the Royal Mail, and then pass that on to you.

We generally aim to ship within three working days of receiving cleared payment, excluding weekends and bank holidays (where there are no postal collections). Usually we manage to do this, but of course the unforeseen can sometimes lead to a delay, in which case we will try and keep you informed.
