All buyers within the UK are covered by the current Distance Selling Regulations.

Our additional returns policy is as follows.

You may return an item within 14 days of receipt, subject to the conditions hereafter: You must contact us prior to making a return to confirm the terms of each return. All returned goods must be unused and be in a saleable condition with all original packaging intact. No refund will be made for delivery charges made on the originating sales invoice. You will be responsible for return delivery costs to us. We are unable to accept responsibility for any loss or damage howsoever caused throughtout the process of return of any goods to us. We suggest that you use a postage/carriage method requiring proof of delivery. On receipt of the item(s) and subject to the above we will refund you the invoiced value of the item(s) returned to us less a restocking and handling fee (to contribute to the cost of selling fees and our administration) as follows: Items with an invoiced value of up to £20.00 = 20% or 99p which ever is the greater; Items with a value of £20.01 and greater = 10% We reserve the right to change these conditions without notice.
