The following is an explanation of our postage & packing charges and methods, we are confident that we provide a competitive and expeditious service.

Methods:
Most orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail, we normally send by 1st Class post some orders may also require a signature on delivery.
Bigger and higher price items or multiple purchases may be sent with a carrier, if this method is different from that described in the listing we will advise of this prior to dispatch.
We aim to dispatch within 24 working hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) where possible dispatch may be on the day of order. For the avoidance of doubt the 24 hour period does not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Calculation:
Whilst we normally send items to most areas of the UK with Free and inclusive P & P, the information below may be applicable to some items or orders.
Changes in the rates of post in the UK have made calculation of charges slightly more complicated, many items which could previously have been sent with a first class stamp now cost more due to the size of the item even if it is low weight.
This is reflected in our P & P charges.
In accordance with ebay policy we also include an amount towards the cost of packing materials and labour to process the order, this varies from item to item, it is kept to a minimal and reasonable value.
Combined Purchases:
We offer discount on the P & P for additional items paid for and sent in a combined order and where P & P is charged additionally to the item price.
For UK purchases where one or more items have separate P & P charges this is calculated as follows:
The item with the highest P & P rate is charged at full value, the additional items will receive a reduction on the P & P charges items with free P & P will be included accordingly (See individual listings for actual amounts). Before making your payment you are welcome to request a final value especially when more than 4 items are placed in a combined order.
For orders to most other Countries the calculation is:
The item with the highest P & P rate is charged at full value, the additional items will receive a reduction of 25% on the P & P charges.
Please note:
We will assume that when placing an order, all purchasers have viewed our post & packing policies and have checked the listing for individual charges; therefore accepting these charges without exception. All queries in this matter must be made prior to ordering, no dialogue regarding P & P will be entered into after an order has been placed. P & P discounts cannot be applied retrospectively after payment has been made.
