Lost or damaged items
Should your item not arrive within the time period specified within your despatch e-mail, please allow a couple more days for postal delays and then e-mail us at the address above. We will then do everything we can to trace your parcel through Royal Mail. Parcels are occasionally delayed in the postal system for a variety of reasons and can arrive a few days late, though from our experience Royal Mail are very reliable. In the very unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive at all, we will provide you with a full refund (see below). Likewise, in the rare event that your item is damaged in transit you can also claim a refund.

Returns and refunds
In accordance with eBay policy, we accept returns within 14 calendar days, provided the item arrives back in original condition. Depending on the circumstances, postage may not be included in the refund. Should your item be lost or damaged in transit, or you wish to return for any other reason, in the first instance please e-mail us at the address above. Please await our response before posting an item back for refund. We may require the returned item to be insured in transit and will specify this in our response.
