All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization or (RMA) number
Returns will only be accepted if the item is defective or if the item is not what was described. Please contact us directly via Ebay or e-mail: customerservice@bestsku.com. If necessary, you can receive an RMA # (Return Authorization Number) to return your item to us.
Please take into account, the issuing of an RMA number does not guarantee a refund or replacement. All returns are subject to inspection. Exchanged or returned merchandise must be sent back within two weeks of receipt. All returns must be received in their original shipping condition, including manufacturer packaging, inserts, manuals and unused warranty cards if included.
Refund Policy
Please review your order for accuracy as quickly as possible after having submitted your order to us. Bestsku frequently ships an order within hours of your order being submitted. If you review your order and realize that there was a mistake, please contact us via Ebay or email: customerservice@bestsku.com immediately with any changes. Please put your ORDER # in the subject line and please provide your NAME, EMAIL, ID NAME, PRODUCT TITLE and any comments in the body of the email.
To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item to us with an RMA #, in the same condition it was received and the return must be postmarked within two weeks of receipt. Shipping and handling charges for returning the item must be provided by the buyer.
