Delivery and Tracking
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.
We use a fully tracked delivery service.
A tracking number will be supplied to you after your order has been dispatched.

UK: 1-2 Working Days
Europe: 3-4 Working Days
Rest of the world: 5-6 Working Days
Has
my order been shipped?
When your
goods leave our warehouse, an automated email with tracking reference is sent to
your email address along with a link to the Royal Mail website where you can
track your consignment.

I
have received a faulty item, what should I do?
If you
believe the goods received are of faulty manufacture please contact us and then
return them to us advising of the reason for return on the returns form; found
on the back of the invoice, we will inspect and advise accordingly upon receipt.
If the goods are subsequently confirmed as faulty we will refund any carriage
costs incurred. We advise that you use a recorded delivery service e.g. Royal
Mail Signed For, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
I
have received an incorrect item, what should I do?
We are
only human and picking errors can occur once in a blue moon. If you have
received goods that you have not ordered please advise of the details; contact
us via ebay and return the incorrectly delivered piece using a recorded delivery
service. We will do our best to replace the incorrectly delivered piece as
quickly as possible upon receipt of the original item and correct any carriage
charges which you have incurred.
Package damaged in transit?
If a
package appears to have been damaged in transit it is important that when you
sign Royal Mail’s paperwork as such noting the damage to your consignment as
this will speed up any possible insurance claim should that be necessary.
I am
missing an item from my order?
On
occasion we may ship your goods in separate consignments at no additional cost
to yourself. If this is the case you will receive an email advising of your
multiple tracking references. If you have not received an email advising of
multiple tracking references and you are missing items from your order please
contact us via ebay and we will investigate and advise by email.
Can
you delivery to my work address?
Prem
Clothing will not deliver to alternative residential addresses but we are happy
to deliver to a place of work. If you require delivery to your place of work
please contact us via ebay with the name and address of the business plus your
internet order number and we will amend your delivery details once we have
verified it is a bona fide business and you are employed at that location.
What
happens to my delivery if there is no one to sign for my goods?
If you
are not home at the time of delivery the carrier will leave a card through your
letterbox informing you of attempted delivery. The card will give instructions
on how to obtain your parcel but you will require ID to collect from your local
post office or Royal Mail depot. Please note that anyone at the delivery address
can sign for your package.

All items
are dispatched via Royal Mail’s Recorded Service.
