1. All sales are final unless otherwise noted in listing details. If a listing has a return policy, it must be returned within the time frame noted in listing, returned in original box with all original information before a refund will be given, minus the shipping and handling charge. Buyer pays for the return shipping fees and any insurance fee.
If an exchange is necessary, there will be an exchange/re-stocking fee noted on listing; the exchange must be returned in original box with all original information and all exchanges must be within the 14 days from date of sale. Be sure to email us prior to shipping back an exchange item so we can expect it.
2. Shipping will be a fixed charge as noted in listing. Please email us prior to buying with questions and/or special shipping instructions. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. We do give discounts on shipping fees for multiple purchases shipping to the same address purchased at the same time.
3. We usually do not ship internationally. We will ship to Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii, for an additional fee. Please email us for this extra fee. We will not be responsible for items lost in shipment. Because of customs in some locations, it takes several weeks to receive. We are not responsible for any custom fees, any international fee or any other fees required.
