We accept payment by:
Paypal
Cheque/Postal Order
Bank Transfer

All our prices include VAT at the current rate. A VAT Invoice will be sent out with the item, and is usually enclosed in the document wallet attached to the Parcel. Please keep this for your records, as it is your proof of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE We require payment within 3 working days. Our system will automatically cancel unpaid sales after a reasonable period of time, and the buyer will automatically get an unpaid item strike. Please contact us if you are having problems paying for the item.

Returns Policy

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or refunded. However we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.

We strive to ensure all our customers are pleased with their purchase. Unfortunately items do occasionally get mishandled in transit, and can arrive damaged or faulty. If this happens please e-mail us immediately, and we will exchange the item as soon as possible, at no extra cost to you.

All our electrical goods carry a full 6 month guarantee with us, from date of purchase. Should an item become faulty within this period, please e-mail us, and we will usually arrange collection of the item within the UK. If the item is found not to be faulty, we will be unable to refund the original postage cost.

If you wish to return a non-faulty item, we will provide a refund for the item providing that it is received by us no more than 14 working days after you received the item. Please note that we are unable to refund any of the postage costs relating to non-faulty items.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide before the item is dispatched that you don't want the item, please contact us and we will cancel the sale and refund you in full. If we have informed you that we have already dispatched the item, then you will need to send the item back to us, and the refund will not include any postage costs incurred.

All credit/debit card payments are processed immediately through a virtual terminal service provided by Paypal, the leading payment gateway, which encrypts the information for your personal protection. None of the infomation provided to Abbey Retail to process online credit/debit card payments is stored by Abbey Retail.

We will not pass or sell your information to our third party companies without your prior consent. Links to any third parties (e.g. links to online user manuals) are provided to help and improve the service that we provide, however we have no control over the content of these websites and are not responsible for any material which may offend you. We will do our best to ensure that only relevant and quality links are provided.

By buying online from and becoming a customer of Abbey Retail Limited you consent to the collection and use by Abbey Retail Limited in the methods previously outlined.

You have a right to access the personal data that we hold on you.
