Q. Do you use real leather?
A. Yes, 100% geniune leather. We sell nothing but authentic Real Leather items. We take pictures of every single item using multiple angles so that you can see the quality of the item. You can also refer to our feedback to see that our customers are happy with their purchase.
Q. What is the quality of the leather used to make your garments?
A. We use good quality Shoft Sheep Nappa or Cow Hide, but we can also make the same garement in Camel or higher quality expensive leather, please ask.
Q. Are your products mass produced?
A. No, we make each product upon order, this gives you as a buyer chance to make minor alterations if required. This makes your purchased item special, as it was made for you. As we say in UK Bespoke (made to order) tailored for you.
Q. Do you only make garments as per your size chart?
A. No, the size chart is for guidance and if any size fits you from there, that is fine and just order as per size chart, if not please provide us with your required sizes and we will be happy to quote and make the garment for you.
Q. Do you have a shop where can come and give my mesurements?
A. No, we are a online sales company and at present we do not provide this service, but we are always happy to guide you in taking perfect mesurements of yourself.
Q. What type of mesurements do I need?
A. Please refer to the product size guidance diagram and take the measurements as per the requirements shown, either straight from body or from your best fitted similar garment, measuremets can be given in Centimeters or Inches, but please mention if they were taken staright from body or from a garment, this will help us make your garment made for perfect fit to you.
Q. Do you have lining on your garments?
A. Yes, in some garments we use lining, you have a choice of choosing the color of lining, but if you wish to have without lining we can do that!
Q. What if want to change the color of leather or buttons?
A. Most of our items are available in various colors, best place to look at our range of colors is by looking at our Shirts section, we can make any garment in our standard available colour, we can also change the color of the buttons which are available in Silver, Brass, Gold or Leather covered, we can change the colour of the zipper, add or remove pockets, we can make matching belt, tie etc, just ask us if we can do it.
Q. Can you to make a garment which is not in your existing range?
A. You give us the your requireements and the picture, if we can make it we will quote for the item and if agreed, we will make this for you.
