At Bern’s Drums we want you to have all the confidence with your online purchase that you would have buying over the counter in our show room.
We are happy to refund items up to one month after purchase, provided that they are returned in their original, unused, condition, together with their packaging. Also, if there is a mistake on our part and you receive the wrong item or the item is defective, we will refund your postage costs for returning it. If you wish to return an unwanted item which it not faulty we will refund the cost of the product but not your return postage costs. |
