Can i pay by credit/debit card?
Yes. We are pleased to say that you can now pay over the phone via a card. The operator can take all your details however please have your ebay user name and item number handy. The operator will not have direct access to ebay so we will tie up your payment with the ebay invoice and process your order later. Please call 0845 9000245.
Can i have a VAT invoice?
Yes. a VAT invoice is sent out with every order we despatch.
Can a pack of bins be split down to the quantity I require?
No. As they are pre packed in our warehouse we are unable to supply them individually.
What is the expected delivery time?
We aim to deliver within 3 working days (monday to friday) from cleared payment.
Do you combine shipping on multiple items?
We combine shipping on all items; you should see multiple shipping costs on each item.
Can separate orders be combined after I have placed them?
Yes. Orders placed around the same time are generally combined and shipped together, however, please send us a message requesting this ASAP to ensure they are combined and shipped together if this is required.
Can I offer a price for items that have been or are currently on an auction?
You will need to bid on auction items, alternatively use the ‘buy it now’ option if available for the item.
