Delivery
Every order we process is delivered by external couriers. We despatch the vast majority of orders within 2 days of receiving fully payment and delivery usually takes no longer than 48 hours once dispatched. However these are just guidelines of usual practice. There are occasions when errors or late deliveries occur which we cannot prevent but in the event of this please contact us via Ebay and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Deliveries can take place any time on your delivery date between 08.30am - 18.00pm. We are unable to provide times for delivery as courier routes can change frequently throughout the day depending on traffic and other unforeseen events.
Returns
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
