When Will I receive it?
All orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same working day by 1st Class Royal Mail. You should expect delivery within 1 to 3 working days.
If you have any problems, please get in contact with us and we will endeavour to resolve them.
We also offer a private courier service for a small cost this will get your order shipped by courier where delivery is guaranteed within 1 to 2 working days.
If the courier delivery is selected a signature will be required at the specified delivery address.
What Happens If I Have A Problem
We offer great value prices on superb quality goods. We know sometimes things can go wrong. We aim to put it right as quickly and efficiently as possible.
If you have any faulty or damaged item or for any reason receive what appears to be incorrect goods please contact us at email@example.com by email and explain your problem.
We will respond within 1 full working day.
Provided the product is within its warranty period, we will arrange, at our expense, the return of the product and send replacement goods within 1 working day.
Please do not return goods until you have heard back from us and have a Bentham Returns Reference Number. Unauthorised returns will be refused.
Can I change My Mind?
Yes! If you need to return goods for any other reason, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the order.
Email us for a Returns Reference Number at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you an authorised Returns Number.
Refunds can only be made if the item is returned in the condition it was received including all documentation and original unopened packaging.
Your return package must contain the Returns Number. Postage is your responsibility.
