Can you provide me with any further product information?
Bench try to offer as much information as possible about the styles listed on eBay. If you need any further information please email us at ebay@bench.co.uk.
Please note we make every effort to ensure that our images properly represent our products. On some occasions, due to the difference in monitors, we cannot guarantee that the image shown on the website will accurately represent the true product colour.
Product Availability
As a clearance site, we only have the sizes available that are showing/selectable. If you cannot select/see the size you require then unfortunately we do not have the stock.
ORDERING
What email communications will I receive after placing my order?
Once you have completed your order you will receive the following communications:
Order Confirmation email – to confirm that your order has been received.
Payment Received – to confirm that your payment has been processed by PayPal.
Despatched email – to confirm that your order has been despatched.
Feedback email – to remind you to feedback your comments.
How many items can I order?
Up to two of the same item, at size and colour level can be placed on one order, with one delivery charge. You cannot select different items and put them on the same order.
Do you have the item in a different size/colour?
Sometimes, only a limited range of products are for sale on eBay. If it is currently not available on eBay, visit our store again soon to view our new products.
Can I change my order?
No, once you have submitted your order we are unable to amend it.
Can I change my delivery address?
You can only change your delivery address at the time you are placing your order. Once an order has been submitted we are unable to amend the address.
PAYMENT
How do I pay?
We only accept payment via PayPal, which is the easiest, quickest and most secure way to pay for your order. We are unable to accept Givex cards, cheques, postal orders, credit cards or bank transfers. If you are unsure how to use PayPal or are having problems with your account, you may contact PayPal's Customer Service Line on 0870 730 7191.
When will I be charged?
Payment will immediately be charged to your PayPal account.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will receive an email confirming your purchase, which will provide full details of your order. You will also receive a confirmation that we have received your payment from PayPal.
DELIVERY
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping is currently free, items are sent by UK courier service
Where do you deliver?
Your order can be delivered to any UK* address.
*Please note: We cannot deliver to PO boxes or overseas addresses including Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland
Do you deliver to BFPO addresses (British Forces Postal Office)?
No, unfortunately at the moment we do not currently provide delivery service to BFPO addresses.
How will my order be delivered?
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail.
When will my order be delivered?
Delivery takes up to 3-5 working days after payment has cleared. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm excluding public holidays. If your order does not arrive after 5 working days, please email us at customercare@bench-help.com and we will track the order for you.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email which contains a tracking number from our courier.
Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately, you are unable to change your delivery address.
What will happen if there is no one there to accept the delivery?
If you are unavailable to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery, please follow the instructions on the card.
The product I ordered has arrived faulty / damaged, what should I do?
Please email ebay@bench.co.uk and explain that you received your product damaged.
I have received the wrong product, what should I do?
Please email ebay@bench.co.uk and explain that you received an incorrect item. Your PayPal account will be refunded in full upon arrival back at our warehouse, should we not be able to supply a replacement.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your refund policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you have a problem within 28 days of the dispatch date and wish to return the item, just return it using the instructions below and we'll exchange or refund it. Note that whilst we are happy to provide a full refund including delivery charges to you, we do not refund any costs of return delivery unless the item is defective. When returning an item please complete our Returns Form which can be found on the back of your delivery note or you can download it at www.bench-returns.co.uk.
It is very important that any returned items are in the best (i.e. original) condition possible; you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods, so please take care with them. You must include original packaging and labels with your return.
The goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We will email you when we receive the goods, and will refund or exchange* the goods within 5 working days of the goods being received into our warehouse. *Exchange is defined as a different size of the same item only. It is not possible to exchange for different colours or items.
Faulty or Incorrect Item Returns
If you need to return the goods because they are defective or incorrect, please contact customercare@bench-help.com within 28 days of receipt for an authorization and further instruction in the first instance, otherwise we cannot cover the costs of your return postage. You will receive a full refund including delivery charges and return postage.
How do I return an item?
Your order will be delivered with a delivery note which will have the information you need to be able to return your goods to us. Please complete the details on the back of the form and state the reason for your return. Then please send to Returns Department, Americana International, Unit 1-4 Wardley Ind. Est, Priestley Road, Worsley, Manchester. M28 2LY.
Please not that return postage is at your own expense, and the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches out warehouse.
When will I receive my refund?
We aim to process all refunds to your PayPal account as soon as the goods are received back into our warehouse. This usually takes between 3-5 working days once we have received your return.
Can I return my order to my local Bench store or outlet?
Orders purchased on the Bench eBay site cannot be returned to any Bench store.
What happens if the item I have ordered is out of stock?
In the very rare event that we are unable to supply an item you have paid for, we will contact you by email to cancel the order and provide a full refund via PayPal.
