Extended Christmas Returns Policy

Our extended Christmas returns policy is now active. This means that all online purchases made up until January 2nd, 2015 will enjoy an extended returns policy and can be returned up until January 31st 2015. 

Normal exclusions apply. 

Please see below for general returns policy and conditions. 

 

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you have a problem within 28 days of the dispatch date and wish to return the item, just return it using the instructions below and we will exchange* or refund it. (*Excludes Click and Collect orders, please see specific return advice below.) Note that whilst we are happy to provide a full refund including delivery charges to you, we do not refund any costs of return delivery unless the item is defective. When returning an item please complete our Returns Form which can be found on the back of your delivery note or you can click here to download it.

It is very important that any returned items are in the best (i.e. original) condition possible; you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods, so please take care with them. You must include original packaging and labels with your return. 

The goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We will email you when we receive the goods, and will refund or exchange* the goods within 5 working days of the goods being received into our warehouse. *Exchange is defined as a different size of the same item only. Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange for different colours or items. 

Unfortunately for reasons of hygiene, this policy does not extend to underwear or other intimate items.  

Faulty Returns: If you need to return the goods because they are defective, please contact customercare@bench-help.com for an authorisation and further instruction in the first instance, otherwise we cannot cover the costs of your return postage. 

Buy One Get One Free Promotion: A return for refund on any item bought in this promotion will not be processed unless both items are returned. Please note - This does not affect faulty and exchange items when single items will be accepted.

 

Click & Collect Returns Policy

Click and Collect orders are eligible for free returns. Simply take your return back to the Argos store it was originally collected from, hand it over at the desk and you will receive a proof of return receipt, which you should then keep in a safe place. Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed. You can also return your order in the usual way by post, however this will be at your own expense. All returns will be refunded upon receipt at our warehouse. We are not able to process exchange orders, therefore we kindly ask that you place a new order if an another size is required.

  • 3 for 2 Offer Returns Policy

  • Should any item that was part of a 3 for 2 offer be returned, a refund will only be applicable where the returned item was not the free one. No refund will be provided for any free items. Where you return one or more of the chargeable items,  and as a result no longer qualify for the 3 for 2 offer, the refund you will receive for any returned item other than the free one will be the cost of the returned item after deduction of the cost of the free item.
