We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you have a problem within 28 days of the dispatch date and wish to return the item, just return it using the instructions below and we will exchange* or refund it. (*Excludes Click and Collect orders, please see specific return advice below.) Note that whilst we are happy to provide a full refund including delivery charges to you, we do not refund any costs of return delivery unless the item is defective. When returning an item please complete our Returns Form which can be found on the back of your delivery note or you can click here to download it.
It is very important that any returned items are in the best (i.e. original) condition possible; you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods, so please take care with them. You must include original packaging and labels with your return.
The goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We will email you when we receive the goods, and will refund or exchange* the goods within 5 working days of the goods being received into our warehouse. *Exchange is defined as a different size of the same item only. Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange for different colours or items.
Unfortunately for reasons of hygiene, this policy does not extend to underwear or other intimate items.
Faulty Returns: If you need to return the goods because they are defective, please contact email@example.com for an authorisation and further instruction in the first instance, otherwise we cannot cover the costs of your return postage.
Buy One Get One Free Promotion: A return for refund on any item bought in this promotion will not be processed unless both items are returned. Please note - This does not affect faulty and exchange items when single items will be accepted.
