Bench tries to offer as much information as possible about the styles. If you need any further information please email eBay@bench-help.com and we will try to assist you. Please note we make every effort to ensure that our images properly represent our products. On some occasions, due to the difference in monitors, we cannot guarantee that the image shown on the website will accurately represent the true product colour.
If you cannot select/see the size you require then unfortunately we do not have the stock.
What email communications will I receive after placing my order?
Once you have completed your order you will receive the following communications: Order Confirmation email to confirm that your order has been received. Payment Received email to confirm that your payment has been processed by PayPal. Item Dispatched email to confirm that your order has been dispatched. Feedback email to remind you to feedback your comments.
How many items can I order?
You can select different items and put them on the same order using the eBay Add to Basket function and pay just one delivery charge.
Why can't I place an order?
If you can't place your order it may be because you havenât met our Buyer Requirements. We will not accept orders from buyers who:
Don't have a PayPal account
Have a Feedback score of -1 or lower
Are currently winning or have bought 5 items from the store in the last 10 days and who have a Feedback score of 2 or lower.
Do you have the item in a different size/colour?
Sometimes, only a limited range of products are for sale on eBay. If it is currently not available on eBay, visit our store again soon to view our new products.
Can I change my order?
No, once you have submitted your order we are unable to amend it.
Can I change my delivery address?
You can select your delivery address in PayPal before you place your order. Once an order has been submitted we are unable to amend the address.
How do I pay?
We only accept payment via PayPal, which is the easiest, quickest and most secure way to pay for your order. We are unable to accept Givex cards, cheques, postal orders, credit cards or bank transfers. If you are unsure how to use PayPal or are having problems with your account, you may contact PayPal's Customer Service Line on 0870 730 7191.
When will I be charged?
Payment will immediately be charged to your PayPal account.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will receive an email confirming your purchase, which will provide full details of your order. You will also receive a confirmation that we have received your payment from PayPal.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard Royal Mail shipping is £2.99.
Next Day* Express DPD shipping is £5.99
Next Day* Applies only to orders placed before 2pm Mon-Thur where this service has been selected. Express orders placed before 2pm on Fri will be delivered on Monday. Express orders placed after 2pm on Friday and before 2pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday (Excludes Bank Holiday weekends)
Where do you deliver?
Your order can be delivered to any UK* address. *Please note: We cannot deliver to PO boxes or overseas addresses including Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland
Do you deliver to BFPO addresses (British Forces Postal Office)?
No, unfortunately at the moment we do not currently provide delivery service to BFPO addresses.
How will my order be delivered?
Standard deliveries are made by Royal Mail and express deliveries are made by DPD.
When will my order be delivered?
Standard delivery takes up to 3-5 working days after payment has cleared. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm excluding public holidays. If your order does not arrive after 5 working days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will track the order for you.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email which contains a tracking number from our courier.

Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately, you are unable to change your delivery address once your order is placed.
What will happen if there is no one there to accept the delivery?
If you are unavailable to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery, please follow the instructions on the card.
The product I ordered has arrived faulty / damaged, what should I do?
Please email email@example.com with your name, eBay buyer ID and order reference number to explain that you received your product damaged.
I have received the wrong product, what should I do?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, eBay buyer ID and order reference number to explain that you received an incorrect item. Should we not be able to supply a replacement your PayPal account will be refunded in full upon arrival of the item back at our warehouse.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your refund policy?
Should you wish to return a non-faulty item, unused and in a re-saleable condition, please return to us by post within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund to your PayPal account. We can only offer an exchange on the same product and colour.
Please Note: Return postage costs are at your own expense. If you return an item without the required paperwork there may be a delay in processing your order and refunding your money. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, any parcels not received at our warehouse will not be refunded. We strongly advise that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. Swimwear and underwear must be returned to us unworn and in its original packaging. Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
How do I return an item?
Your order will be delivered with a delivery note which will have the information you need to be able to return your goods to us. Please complete the details on the back of the form and state the reason for your return. Then please send to Returns Department, Americana International, Unit 1-4 Wardley Ind. Est, Priestley Road, Worsley, Manchester. M28 2LY.
Please not that return postage is at your own expense, and the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches out warehouse.We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
When will I receive my refund?
We aim to process all refunds to your PayPal account as soon as the goods are received back into our warehouse. This usually takes between 3-5 working days once we have received your return.
Can I return my order to my local Bench store or outlet?
Orders purchased on the Bench eBay site cannot be returned to Bench stores.
What happens if the item I have ordered is out of stock?
In the very rare event that we are unable to supply an item you have paid for, we will contact you by email to cancel the order and provide a full refund via PayPal.
