Summary of BELTS BAGS & BOLONEY Selling Policies
Payment: We accept cheques, postal orders and Paypal, We do however prefer paypal as it means we can get your goods out the next day. Payment/contact must be made within 7 days otherwise we will register you as a non paying bidder. Sorry to be harsh, we just don't like being messed about with time wasters. In the unlikely event that you are disappointed with your purchase, please email beltsbags+boloney@talktalk.net
Refunds minus the postage will be given if the error is on our part. Fees All postage is to be paid by the winning bidder. We do offer a discount on postage if more than one item is purchased. We do not make a profit on postage, but please remember, its not just the cost of the Royal Mail that is involved, we do have to pay for the poly bags and warehouse costs too!!! Shipping Postage costs stated are within the UK, for overseas bidders please contact belts bags+boloney@talktalk.net regarding postage costs.
Delivery: If paying by paypal we aim to have your goods posted out the next day, if paying by cheque we will wait for the cheque to clear before posting. Goods will always be sent out within 3 days of payment being made.
Refunds & Returns: If refunds are requested this will only be done if there is an error on our part and we have been contacted within the first 24hrs of receiving the item if damaged or faulty on arrival. Refunds are for the cost of the item less the cost of postage unless faulty and it is up to the customer to pay postage back, we expect the goods to be in the original packaging and all tags attatched when we receive them back. All items must be returned within the first 7 days from purchase date or postage will not be refunded!
