Orders shipped to the USA can take up to 10 days.
Orders shipped other countries can take up to 15 days
You will be required to complete a Lost Item Declaration Form if you report a missing item. This is in order to give the Postal Company all the information they require to stamp out fraud. Items lost will not be replaced until a minimum of 20 days has lapsed from the date of posting – this is because all items have a return label on them for the item to be returned to BellaCrafts.

Multiple orders will be re-invoiced to give you the best price possible on postage.

Exchanges will be accepted on faulty goods. The buyer must pay for the return postage of the goods.
If your goods are delivered damaged you must send a photograph with your request for exchange or refund.

Goods must be paid for within 7 days of the auction ending. A Non Payment case will be raised on Items not paid for within 7 days.
